Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how condely.com ("Condely", "we") collects, uses and protects your data when you use the service.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is AFFIMIX LLC, Folsom, California, USA. For data-related enquiries: support@condely.com.

2. Two distinct roles — an important distinction

For your data as a platform user (account, subscription, activity in the service) we are the controller: we determine the purposes and means of processing, and this Policy describes them.

For the data of an author's subscribers (people who joined an author's funnel and provided an email or Telegram account) we are a processor. The author is the controller: they decide whom to collect and what to send. Our duties as a processor are set out in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which forms part of the Author Terms.

3. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, Telegram ID.
  • Author profile data, if you provide it: photo, "About", city, social links, gender, date of birth.
  • Usage data: projects, blocks, actions within the service.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies.
  • Buyers' payment data is processed by Stripe; we do not store buyers' card details. If you take part in the partner programme and provide a card number for payouts, it is stored encrypted and shown in the service only by its last four digits.

4. How we use data

  • To provide and improve the service.
  • To process payments and subscriptions.
  • For analytics, security and abuse prevention.
  • Service emails and, with your consent, marketing emails.
  • Showing an author's profile to their subscribers and buyers: the name (or the seller name from Stripe) on the payment page; photo, "About", city and social links on the author card and project pages. Gender and date of birth are not shown by default.
  • Condely statistics and advertising: for authors' sales we receive the amount, currency and product name — without the buyer's contact details — and share them with Meta. Along with this, Meta receives the buyer's technical browser data (IP address, browser type, advertising cookies) unless the buyer has declined advertising cookies.

5. Subprocessors and third parties

We rely on the following subprocessors:

  • Stripe — payment processing and payouts. Card data is handled by Stripe; we never receive or store it.
  • Telegram — delivering content to subscribers in a Telegram channel.
  • Resend — sending email (service messages and, with consent, marketing).
  • Sentry — collecting technical errors for diagnostics.
  • Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity — website analytics. Loaded only if you consent to analytics cookies. Meta also receives information about authors' sales (see section 4).
  • Hosting and infrastructure — the servers and database the service runs on.

We do not sell personal data. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the standard contractual clauses of the respective providers.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing support@condely.com.

8. Data retention

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with the law.
