Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy explains how to cancel your Condely subscription and our position on refunds. Subscriptions are paid (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled.

1. Free trial

Before paying, you can fully evaluate the service during a free trial — no payment is charged during that time. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure Condely is right for you: this is why payments are non-refundable once made.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time — from the billing section in your account or by emailing us at support@condely.com. After cancellation:

  • access to paid features continues until the end of the period you already paid for;
  • auto-renewal is turned off — you will not be charged again;
  • at the end of the period your account moves to the free plan.

3. Refunds

Payments, including automatic renewals, are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not refund started or partially used periods, and we do not prorate unused time.

Cancelling stops future charges but is not grounds for a refund of the current period.

4. Billing errors

If you believe a charge was made in error (for example, a duplicate payment or a charge after cancellation), email support@condely.com. We review such requests within 3 business days and correct any confirmed error.
