By using condely.com ("Condely") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Condely is a platform for building content auto-funnels delivered via Telegram, Web and Email. We may change or discontinue features with notice.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. You must be of legal age and provide accurate information.
3. Acceptable use
- No spam, fraud, malicious or unlawful content.
- No infringing third-party rights or circumventing service limits.
- You are responsible for the content you create and send.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. A 2% platform fee applies to creators' paid-access sales.
5. Intellectual property
The platform is owned by Condely. You retain rights to your content and grant us a license to process it to provide the service.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Condely is not liable for indirect damages.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
